Returns/Refunds

RETURNS:

You have 28 days from the date your goods arrive with you, to return, after that time frame returns will be invalid.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition of how it was received.

You must have proof of purchase or a receipt.

REFUNDS:

Once we have received your goods, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item.

Once your return has been approved, we will initiate a full refund via Sage Page or Pay Pal (however you initially paid for the item). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days depending on your bank preferences.

 

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any postage costs you may have encountered. We apologise in advance if this happens to your order.
