How To Use:

1. On clean skin position the eyeliner as close as possible to the lash line along the top eyelid. 

2. Draw a line from the inner to the outer corner using one stroke, following the curvature of the eyelid. 

3. Repeat on the lower lid, underneath the eyelashes and draw a line from the inner to the outer corner.
