The following terms constitute a legal document between the 'Purchaser' and agents for 'Beautystore online'. By purchasing from us you automatically accept our terms and conditions.

The purchaser must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves.

The accuracy of description and price is paramount - should an incorrect price appear through a typographical error we will contact the purchaser, prior to shipment, to quote the correct price. Should the buyer not wish to pay the correct price we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Should this occur, any payment taken will immediately be refunded to the payment card. Refunds for any other reason will normally be processed within 5 working days or notification or return of goods, which must be returned at customers cost and received back in a saleable, unused and if sealed products, un-opened condition. Refunds will be for the cost of the product only.

We have taken care in giving an accurate description of the items on our website. These descriptions are given in good faith but any implied or expressed warranties as to the accuracy of the information supplied are disclaimed by us.

Limitation of liability and the statutory rights of the purchaser are not affected or amended by our terms and conditions; this includes any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of our staff.

Subject to the above you agree that we, as agents for Beautystore online, are not liable, either in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, for loss of profit either actual or potential; direct loss where a third party is wholly, partly or fraudulently involved; delayed deliveries resulting from industrial action, affecting a third party for example, Post Office or courier services.

Should a complaint be registered, it will be dealt with by our Customer Service Department and, where possible, the situation will be resolved within one working week.
