Orders from within the EU.

Prices include VAT charged at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable.

Orders from outside the EU.

Please contact Customer Services for information on our position regarding local taxes. We have a standard charge for deliveries to non-EU destinations.

Mainland delivery.

We offer both a standard first-class post and a next-day courier delivery charge, per order, to UK mainland addresses. Providing the item is in stock, all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that offshore UK destinations, ie Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands will be charged at our standard non-EU rate

Overseas delivery.

We can deliver almost anywhere in the world; a list of qualifying destinations is available on the payment page. There is a standard £22.50 charge for orders, this covers average sized orders up to appx 2 kilos - beyond that weight or for larger shipments we will contact you with a more exact shipping price.

Additional Information.

Should your item be returned to us as undelivered and you wish to recieve it again/ should your item not be suitable and you would like us to send you an alternative (after you have sent the original items back), we are happy to re-send or replace the items on your order but there is an additional £2.99 P&P charge to have the original/new item sent to you. This can be found under the 'Best Buys' section of the website; simply place an order for the 'SHIPPING RESEND/REPLACEMENT" item & you will be charged @ £2.99.
